At this time, the Law Office of Todd Drayton, LLC continues to maintain all operations in a virtual and/or remote setting. In accordance with our Governor’s executive and other governmental orders, and in conformity with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we continue to work remotely in order to preserve the safety of our clients and our staff during the ongoing and, of late, surging pandemic.
To that end, we are not taking in person appointments. Instead, we are meeting virtually by using a number of different video-conferencing platforms to accommodate the varying needs of our clients, such as Zoom, Skype, Microsoft, Messenger and Webex.
The other operations of our office are fully viable, including all critical and administrative functions. We are also able to meet all filing and other court-mandated or litigation deadlines. In fact, our exceptional infrastructure and IT department enables us to continue to deliver the same quality and excellence that all our clients have come to expect from the Law Office of Todd Drayton.
We appreciate the difficulty and tragic interruption to our lives that this pandemic has caused over the past year. Most of all, our hearts go out to those who have lost precious loved ones due to the menacing Coronavirus. We want you and all our clients to know that the Law Office of Todd Drayton is here to help in any way we can, and we are committed to providing as much normalcy in our litigation services as can be expected at a time like this.
We will continue to monitor the constantly shifting Covid-19 landscape in our state and nation, especially now with the rise of new and threatening variants. As soon as it is deemed safe to resume completely normal operations (with little or no restrictions as to staffing, masking or distancing), we will open our doors for a very much needed face to face embrace and good old-fashioned handshake.
